The winners of the 2nd Annual Black Quill Awards organized by Dark Scribe Magazine, “the virtual magazine about the books that keep you up at night”, were announced on 2nd of February. I know that I am a little over a month late with my post but it appears that although I wanted to make the post at that time it mysteriously slipped my mind.
